Refund policy

Museā will happily accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase if sent to us within 7 days of delivery provided the item/s are in original condition, unworn, unwashed.

You can return any merchandise for a full refund or exchange. We are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. To request a return, please email info@museathelabel.com with your order number so we can provide you with details! 

Return Instructions

To request a return or exchange, please email info@museathelabel.com with your order number so we can provide you with details. Please note the first shipping fee for your order is complimentary but the return / exchange shipping fee will be for your account and will be deducted from your returned credit. If in the case of an exchange, we will send a payment link for a shipment fee of which we will pay a portion. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly process your refund / exchange and notify you via email. However, your banking institution may take several days to process the credit. Only regular priced items may be credited for a refund. All sale items are final.

Museā cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging, if the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund.

Faulty Items

Museā garments are locally made and fully inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that our clothing is faulty, please email us with your order number and a photo of the garment,  so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.

Due to the nature of the fabric being mostly linens, cottons & dedicates, please gently hand-wash in cold water. We cannot be kept liable for normal wear and tear symptoms such as, colour fading, burring or pulling, fabric deterioration or colour running.

Sale Items

All Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of "products" and use on this site. These Terms & Conditions are binding and enforceable against every individual who accesses this website. By using this website, you acknowledge that you understand and are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
