Museā will happily accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase if sent to us within 7 days of delivery provided the item/s are in original condition, unworn, unwashed.
You can return any merchandise for a full refund or exchange. We are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can provide you with details!
To request a return or exchange, please email email@example.com with your order number so we can provide you with details. Please note the first shipping fee for your order is complimentary but the return / exchange shipping fee will be for your account and will be deducted from your returned credit. If in the case of an exchange, we will send a payment link for a shipment fee of which we will pay a portion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly process your refund / exchange and notify you via email. However, your banking institution may take several days to process the credit. Only regular priced items may be credited for a refund. All sale items are final.
Museā cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging, if the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund.
Museā garments are locally made and fully inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that our clothing is faulty, please email us with your order number and a photo of the garment, so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
Due to the nature of the fabric being mostly linens, cottons & dedicates, please gently hand-wash in cold water. We cannot be kept liable for normal wear and tear symptoms such as, colour fading, burring or pulling, fabric deterioration or colour running.
All Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of "products" and use on this site. These Terms & Conditions are binding and enforceable against every individual who accesses this website. By using this website, you acknowledge that you understand and are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Orders placed below R500 is shipped at a flat rate of R100, in South Africa.
Orders placed above R500 are not charged for delivery, however a return / exchange shipment fee will be for the purchasers account. We will confirm this fee with the purchaser directly.
Purchased products will be dispatched within 48 working hours of Museā receiving payment confirmation for such purchase. Museā will strive to have products dispatched within 24 hours and aims to have product delivered to customer within 24-48 hours of order. Museā will strive to have all orders placed before 12pm sent out same day, however, delays may occur from time to time. Orders placed on a Friday or weekend could result in delayed delivery. This is out of our control.
Once order and payment is confirmed, customer will receive email/SMS notification with tracking number. The Courier Guy is our delivery partner.
Delivery time is next day (when two consecutive business days) from shipment. This is to all major centres in South Africa. Outlying areas may take 1-3 days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday, therefore arriving Tuesday in major centres in South Africa.

Once a client has signed for their product delivery, the item is considered to be in their possession.
All payments on the Museā website are processed by PayFast, an encrypted and PCI-compliant payment processor. See more HERE.
